Heckrodt Wetland Reserve provides programs for the greater community!

Heckrodt Wetland Reserve community programs are available on a wide variety of topics that are of interest to audiences of all ages; programs are held onsite and in the community. Our hands-on programs are developed by trained naturalists and designed to foster an ethic of environmental appreciation. Some programs are free of charge, while others will charge a nominal fee to ensure future program opportunities.  Thank you for your continued support!

Special thanks to Community First Credit Union for being our Community Partner in Education.  Their support allows the Reserve to continue offering affordable environmental education based programming.
