Family Snowshoe Adventure Day!
Join us for our snowshoe adventure!
This snowshoe hike will take visitors through some unique parts of the Reserve (off the main trails) into the forested wetland and through our prairie. Keep your eyes and ears open for Great Horned Owls and White-tailed Deer. Each registration will receive a pair of rental snowshoes, 60 minutes on the trail, and a cup of Heckrodt Cider. Participants will also receive a winter scavenger hunt activity that will help guide the way.
Note: This event will run with or without snow (winter wetland hike). If you have your own snowshoes, feel free to use them (the registration fee will still be the same). Thank you for your continued program support.
